Our Schloss wines are carefully selected, mostly from winegrowers we know who run family businesses. The wines are produced with respect for nature, in a manner typical of the variety and authentic. These are wines that are not overly alcoholic or too heavy, and whose elegance and terroir character make them excellent accompaniments to food, perfectly complementing the menu. 

Upon request, our service team will present various castle wines during a wine tasting.
