Some people dread them, they can be both useful and harmful, they may or may not reflect reality: hotel reviews, hotel critiques, and hotel comparisons. Even though we appreciate good reviews above all else, we naturally face up to criticism. We closely follow review portals such as TripAdvisor, Booking, HolidayCheck, etc., and take the time to thoroughly study your comments. In addition, guest questionnaires are available in all rooms. This allows you to share your opinion with us without hesitation. We know that without feedback, criticism, and suggestions, there can be no change—and certainly no improvement.
